Terms of Service

By accessing and using New Candle Cottages' website and purchasing our tiny houses, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

• • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• • Prices are subject to change without notice
• • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• • Orders are considered accepted when we send order confirmation
• • Custom tiny house builds require 25% deposit to begin construction
• • Progress payments are required according to agreed schedule

• • Payment schedule follows agreed milestone structure
• • We accept cash, check, wire transfers, and major credit cards
• • Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee
• • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
• • Final payment due before delivery

Due to the custom nature of our tiny house construction:

• • All custom builds are final once construction begins
• • Design changes after construction starts may incur additional costs
• • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered
• • Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• • We guarantee our workmanship and will work with customers to resolve any legitimate concerns
• • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period

• • All tiny houses are built to Oklahoma building codes and standards
• • Construction follows RVIA standards where applicable
• • We provide accurate specifications but minor variations may occur
• • Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly
• • Material specifications may be substituted for equivalent quality items
• • All electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed professionals

• • Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to weather or construction delays
• • Customer must be present for delivery and setup
• • Site preparation is customer's responsibility unless arranged otherwise
• • Delivery includes basic setup and systems walkthrough
• • Additional fees apply for deliveries over 200 miles from our shop
• • Access requirements must be verified before delivery

New Candle Cottages' liability is limited to the purchase price of the tiny house. We are not liable for:

• • Consequential or incidental damages
• • Loss of profits or business interruption
• • Damages resulting from improper use or maintenance
• • Acts of nature, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our control
• • Damage from modifications made by others

• • Shop visits are by appointment only
• • Visitors must follow all safety instructions
• • Children must be supervised at all times
• • We are not responsible for injuries during visits
• • Please respect our workspace and equipment
• • Hard hats and safety glasses required in construction areas

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
